Lisa’s Overnight Oats

We all love the simplicity of waking up in the morning and being able to grab a pre-prepared meal on the go! This delicious overnight oat recipe is our Wild Women Lisa’s favourite go to! It’s vegan, full of fibre and packed with nutrition to help you start your day the right way.


  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1/2 cup of milk (of choice)
  • 1/2 cup of probiotic yoghurt
  • Honey
  • 1 tbsp of nut butter
  • 1 banana
  • Walnuts
  • Mixed berries
  • Toasted coconut flakes


  1. Grab a jar or container of choice
  2. Pour your oats, chia seed, and flax meal into the jar
  3. Pour your milk and yoghurt on top and then add a dash of honey (more if you like it sweet)
  4. Spoon out your nut butter and chuck it on top
  5. Grab your banana, mash it up and then add it to the jar
  6. Sprinkle your walnuts over the top
  7. Mix it all
  8. Grab a handful of mixed berries (which can be frozen) and pop them in the jar
  9. Top it all off with some toasted coconut flakes
  10. Screw the lid tightly onto your jar and chuck it in the fridge for at least 10 hours
  11. Enjoy!
