  • to promote WWOT’s products and services generally; and

For example, for the purposes of the Coastrek event, the personal information of participants and donors who support the participants’ fundraising efforts, are provided via a third party online fundraising platform to the charity partner for the purposes of fundraising, receipts and other information regarding the event. 9. Personal information will not be used or disclosed for any other purposes without consent, except in exceptional cases when disclosure may be required by law.

10. You may be photographed or filmed during WWOT activities and agree and consent that your photograph, video or film likeness may be used for any legitimate purpose (including social media platforms, our website and newsletters) by WWOT, sponsors and or assigns, without compensation.
