Di Shares Her EPIC Salad Dressing Recipe

By Di Westaway and the Wild Women On Top Team

We often have team lunches here at Wild Women HQ. When we do, our Chief Adventure Chick Di often makes a salad. But it's not any old salad. It's a totally EPIC, 'omg-what-is-in-that?' salad.

The secret, she says, is the dressing. Here's her super simple, secret recipe.

Ingredients

- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 4 squares Meredith Dairy goat's cheese, dripping with oil from the jar
- 2 tablespoons Jalna greek yoghurt

Method

Mush it up with a fork until it's smooth and pour over salad to turn boring greens into delicious heaven!
