We Believe Fitness Should Be Fun
You know those people who are ‘fitness people’? They say things like “I just love exercise” or “I get cranky when I don’t workout”. They never seem to ‘fall of the wagon’ and are unreasonably sparkly, most of the time. Well, the Wild Women community is full of those people, and we like it that way.
So, how do we do it? We’ve worked out how to make fitness fun.
Skip The Gym And Get Into The Wild
We don’t like gyms. Never have, never will. We like moving our bodies the way nature intended – on rocks, cliffs, soft sand, trails, hills and mountains.
We like feeling the wind in our hair, the sun on our arms and the rain on our faces. We like talking while we exercise, connecting with like-minded women. We like the tranquil moments of peace you get watching the sun rise over the ocean, high on endorphins and connection.
Get Fit For Your Adventure
We don’t train to lose weight or achieve an arbitrary goal… because who cares if you can do 50 pushups? We train so we can get more out of life.
We train because it improves our mood, helps us sleep better, supports our health and makes us feel fantastic. We also train so we can have epic, once-in-a-lifetime adventures, and be fit enough to really enjoy them.
