What’s your role in the WWOT team?
I am a fitness coach with the Wild Women on Top Team, helping women develop the fitness and confidence to take on hiking adventures in the outdoors.
What is your favourite thing about the WWOT community?
Meeting women from many different backgrounds, and seeing them become more confident as well as stronger, fitter and more socially connected.
What’s at the top of your bucket list?
Trek the Larapinta Trail unsupported.
Where will we find you on a Sunday morning?
Sundays are a recovery day so I will walk the dog, spend time with family over breakfast and do something kind to my body like yoga, a stretch session or a swim. Sometimes I just read a book.
What’s the wildest adventure you’ve ever been on?
Escaping from a roaring southerly buster into the safety of Twofold Bay at night while on a sailing holiday.
What motto or mantra do you live by?
Treat others as you want to be treated.
