Fitness and adventure coach currently covering Trek Training sessions on the Northern Beaches. 

What is your favourite thing about the WWOT community?
Meeting and working with amazing women who share common interests, goals and passion for trekking, adventure, fun and challenges in life!
Being able to bring my experience to the community and enhance their fitness, fun and enjoyment.

What’s at the top of your bucket list?
Remaining fit, healthy and active and being able to enjoy a fulfilling and amazing life.Travelling to the world’s most inspiring and beautiful places in all parts of the world.

Where will we find you on a Sunday morning? 
…in one of a few places depending on the season. 

  • Beach run and swim at my local beach followed by coffee/brekkie at our favourite cafe
  • Hiking or running a bush or beach trail 
  • Chilling at home/beach and catching up on some rest and relaxation

What’s the wildest adventure you’ve ever been on?
