About Us

Wild Women On Top create community hiking adventures that help women fall in love with fitness. We create Coastrek, Australia’s most iconic hiking challenge for women, which journeys along some of the most spectacular coastlines in the world. We also prepare women for life changing adventures and partner with like-minded brands to reach out boldly and cultivate magic moments that inspire. Adventure, women’s empowerment, community, health, and love of nature are at the heart of everything we do.

Through Coastrek we’ve inspired and empowered over 70,000 women to walk the stunning coastal trails and beaches of Sydney, the Mornington Peninsula, the Sunshine Coast, the Fleurieu Peninsula and Margaret River, and our community has raised more than $48 million dollars for charity.

We’re a small team making a big impact, turning traditional health and fitness on its head to achieve our vision of a healthier world where all women thrive.

About the Role

You will join an energetic, passionate team whose mission is to connect, coach and champion women in the outdoors.

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to help bring our brand to life, and grow our audiences and communities across social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok – and no doubt others yet to come!

Working closely with the Content & Social Media Manager and our team of marketing, PR, event and partnership specialists you’ll spend your days creating compelling digital content, including reels/shortform video, graphic assets and witty copy that perfectly expresses our brand personality.

You’ll respond to briefs from across the organisation as well as bringing your own uniquely creative ideas to engage and inspire our audiences. Along with a creative mind, you’ll have strong analytical skills and be confident using data to measure and report on success, deeply understand our audiences, and support our preference for insight-driven decision-making.

An excellent understanding of content and social media marketing, multi-channel campaigns, emerging media formats, and an enthusiastic willingness to learn is essential for this role. You will have fun, work hard to deadlines, have awesome organisational skills, strive to be the best you can be and maintain a good work/life balance. You will benefit from our optimistic vibrant culture, flexible working and supportive environment which will focus on helping you achieve your career goals with us.

If you live and breathe social media, and love creating content that delights, we’d love to hear from you. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to upskill or take the next step in their career and showcase their talents!
