Bananas are an awesome food to eat in the morning before a workout - they give you a substantial and sustained energy boost, and are full of antioxidents, vitamins and cancer fighting properties. 

On our staff weekend at Fraser Island, our marketing queen Pip made these delicious nutritious cookies for us all to munch on! 

They are gluten free, refined sugar free and damn delish... an amazing snack to grab on your way out the door!
