Cancellation fees for trips and tours

Cancellation fees for trips and tours booked through a third party operator will be as determined by the third party operator. 

Cancellation fees for trips and tours booked through WWoT & arranged by WWoT will be as set out below:

Not later than 30 days prior to scheduled departure: $100 will be payable or will be forfeited from any monies already paid.

30 days or less prior to scheduled departure: 100% of the trip costs will be payable or forfeited (where already paid). Alternatively, in such circumstances, a Member may elect to transfer their trip costs to another scheduled trip, subject to the payment or deduction of a $100 administration fee.

Local trips or tours (other than Wild Walks and Wild Weekenders) 
Not later than 14 days prior to scheduled departure: $100 will be payable or will be forfeited from any monies already paid. Alternatively, in such circumstances, a Member may elect to transfer their trip costs to another scheduled trip, subject to the payment or deduction of a $100 administration fee. 

14 days or less prior to scheduled departure: 100% of the trip costs will be payable or forfeited (where already paid) and no transfers available.
