Wild Bootie Camp
Here’s a great time efficient way to trim down for spring and summer AND boost your health & fitness
WHEN: Monday nights 7.30 – 9.30pm during Trek Training Term.19 July – 20 September.
WHAT: 2 hour high intensity Bootie Camp to lift your fitness to another level. Each session will include 60 min interval training on hills, stairs and ramps, 30 min on bush tracks and 30min core, plymetrics and stretching.
WHERE: Balmoral Oval, Southern end of Balmoral Beach
HOW MUCH: 10 weeks for just $317 for WWOT members. (Non Members add $77 joining fee.)

1. Are time poor
2. Need a little extra motivation to get out into the fresh night air and exercise
3. Want to improve your cardiovascular fitness and strength
4. Want to improve your core strength and flexibility
