Bootie Camp

Here’s a great way to trim down for summer and boost your health & fitness 

WHEN: Sat 6am during Trek Training Term
          (School term =  10 weeks) but Term 1 = 9 weeks
          29 Jan - 31 March for Bootie Camp Term 1
         
WHAT: 1 hour high intensity Bootie Camp to lift your fitness to another level and will include 40 min interval training and 20min core and stretching.

WHERE: Balmoral Oval  

You should consider these sessions if you:
1. Are time poor
2. Need a little extra motivation to get out of bed and exercise
3. Want to improve your cardiovascular fitness and strength
4. Want to improve your core strength
5. Need to lose a couple of kilos before Xmas
6. Enjoy outdoor exercise in spring time!

Please bring your pack and a beach towel/yoga mat.
