Newbies

Newbies Trek Training is a specialized Wild Women on Top adventure fitness training program to prepare the body for trekking in the wilderness.

Our Newbies sessions last two hours and incorporate endurance, interval training, core conditioning and an education component. All training sessions take place on beautiful coastal or bush tracks. You will be lead by an experienced Wild Women on Top Adventure Fitness Coach who will ensure you get a world class workout every time!

If you are new to adventure fitness and want to kick start your training with Wild Women on Top, then this is the program for you!

Newbies programs are as follows:

  • Tuesday evenings from 7.30-9.30pm, Lower North Shore
  • Wednesday evenings, 7.30-9.30pm, Inner West
  • Friday Mornings 9.30 – 11.30am,  Eastern Suburbs
