Mod Squad

Mod Squad Trek Training is a specialized program developed by Wild Women on Top, for women who want to get fit for adventure and have fun! If you can walk at a brisk pace for at least 2.5hrs and are keen to train for a Wild Weekender or to develop your adventure fitness skills, then this is the group for you. Our sessions last two to three hours and incorporate endurance, interval and core training in stunning harbourside and bush locations around Sydney.

We currently run Mod Squad Trek Training in the Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs, Mosman, Upper and Lower North Shore and Lane Cove/St Ives. Check out the locations and tinetable HERE to find out which group will suit your requirements. Places fill up fast so don't delay!
