New to trekking or wanting to kick start your fitness? Then our Newbies groups are perfect for preparing you for your first adventure...
Wild Women on Top Newbies programs are now running on the Lower North Shore, E Suburbs and Inner West. These sessions are two hours long and focus on interval training, core strength and handy tips and hints for trekking and getting fit for adventure!
Tuesday evenings from 7.30-9.30pm, Lower North Shore
Wednesday evenings from 7.30-9.30pm, Inner West
Friday mornings from 9.30-11.30am, Eastern Suburbs
