Refund & exchange: WWoT cannot offer refunds on products but will gladly exchange the item for you if sizing is an issue. This is on condition that an alternate size is available at the time of your request. Extra postage & packaging costs will be charged for exchange of items. Additonal costs apply for Interstate orders.

An item will only be accepted for exchange under the following conditions:
The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with original tags and labels attached, and packaging intact. A copy of the receipt is included with the goods returned. The goods are returned within 7 days of the receipt date.
