Trek Training is a specialized Wild Women On Top adventure fitness training program to prepare the body for trekking in the wilderness.
Our Trek Training sessions last two to three hours and incorporate endurance, interval training and core conditioning. All training sessions take place on beautiful coastal or bush tracks. You will be lead by an experienced Wild Women On Top Adventure Fitness Coach who will ensure you get a world class workout every time!
