Mod Squad Trek Training is a specialized program developed by Wild Women On Top, for women who want to get fit for adventure and have fun!
If you can walk at a brisk pace for at least 2.5hrs and are keen to train for a Wild Weekender or to develop your adventure fitness skills, then this is the group for you. Our sessions last two to three hours and incorporate endurance, interval and core training in stunning harbourside and bush locations around Sydney.

Mod Squad Trips - World Ex grading level 5.
These adventures involve trekking for up to 6 or 7 hours a day at a steady pace. These trips may spend successive days at altitudes not generally exceeding 5,500m and are usually between 10 and 15 days in duration. Mod Squad girls must be in good health and require a good level of fitness and mental tuffness but also enjoy gourmet food and glamping!
Suggested preparation: 45 minutes of aerobic type exercise, three to five times a week for the three months leading up to your trek. Hill walking with a pack in variable weather conditions or road cycling is also recommended depending upon the activity you plan to undertake.
