You don’t have to be fit at all for our 2 hour Newbies sessions. Getting you fit is our job. For our 3 hour Trek Training Sessions, you need to be able to walk at a brisk pace for 2.5 hours. When you start, you walk at a comfortable pace, without a backpack. As you get more experienced, we encourage you to add weight to your pack till eventually you’ll be carrying up to 20 kilos, or a third of your body weight.
