Adventure Fitness Coach A specialized Wild Women On Top coach with Cert 4 in Fitness, or equivalent, outdoor recreation experience and Senior or Wilderness first aid certifications. Our coaches deliver World Class Adventure Fitness Training.

Coastrek A challenging unsupported 100k endurance trek along world class coastlines in a team of 4 without navigational assistance

Corporate Wild Walk a team building, networking experience ,with or without a back pack, involving bush, coast and rock walking, along scenic tracks, footpads and rock formations, to a spectacular secluded destination.

Hard Core  An adventure fitness level attained by achieving certain wilderness challenges.  To attain Hard Core Status, you must: Have climbed above 5,000 metres, or have done a 6+ day wild walk carrying a full pack (18 - 20kgs), or have walked 100k in under 24 hours, or have trekked at altitudes above 3,000m for 9+ days

Mod Squad An adventure fitness level appropriate for a moderate adventure fitness challenge, appealing to fun loving Wild Women On Top who enjoy magic moments and gourmet treats

Mental Toughness The ability to endure physical, psychological and mental challenges with a positive attitude

Newbies Adventure Fitness Entry level for new Wild Women who want to build up their fitness and learn about all aspects of adventure fitness training

Trek To walk carrying a load (a backpack) for long distances

Trek Training A specialized Wild Women On Top adventure fitness training program to prepare the body for trekking in the wilderness

Wild Walking is challenging technical walking, with or without a back pack, involving a high level of aerobic and anaerobic fitness and upper body strength, to negotiate difficult terrain, extreme weather, steep ascents and descents and other wilderness obstacles.

Wild Weekender A Wild Women On Top weekend trek in a beautiful wilderness location with gourmet food. Also an Adventure Fitness Goal
