Hard Core An adventure fitness level attained by achieving certain wilderness challenges. To attain Hard Core Status, you must: Have climbed above 5,000 metres, or have done a 6+ day wild walk carrying a full pack (18 - 20kgs), or have walked 100k in under 24 hours, or have trekked at altitudes above 3,000m for 9+ days
Mod Squad An adventure fitness level appropriate for a moderate adventure fitness challenge, appealing to fun loving Wild Women On Top who enjoy magic moments and gourmet treats
Mental Toughness The ability to endure physical, psychological and mental challenges with a positive attitude
Newbies Adventure Fitness Entry level for new Wild Women who want to build up their fitness and learn about all aspects of adventure fitness training
