Left the city far behind
Ourselves in nature we did find
2 summits in one day
Some tough hills on the way
Around the fire we dined
For near 2 year Jules trained round the clock
All in aid of reaching Mt Kossies top
Out went the antique Boy Scout back pack
Replaced by the Trek' n Travels best, bar the chest strap
With her commentary she's the cream of the crop
Claire was the only one to arrive by plane
Her inside out, back to front gaiters drove her insane
In brilliant white Dunlop's she gave a luminous glow
After she'd gaffered the tent and blown her pillow
She had so much fun she can't wait to do it again
Roz was a last minute ring in
In '09 5 marathons she'd like to win
Once known to give women fabulous hair
She now pushs women up the stair
Melted crocs and poo trowel can now be binned
We couldn't lose Susan thanks to her fluoro green
Although one of her ear rings will no longer be seen
On Mt Townsend she bared almost all
An act that should make her husbands face fall
By climbing with gloves she keeps her hands clean
